摘　　要：文章讨论了图书馆全面质量管理和学科馆员的含义及内容 ,就其相互关系 ,论述了以读者满意为中心的全面质量管理和高素质人才所提供的高质量服务。The paper discusses the meaning and content of library integrated quality management and domain librarian. In the aspect of their relations, the paper expounds that library needs high quality talents to improve high quality service with an integrated quality management with reader satisfactory and the nucleus. As Such, the domain librarian system has become the optimal means of quality service in libraries.
