农业科研机构导入质量管理原则的价值分析

摘　　要：《质量管理原则》(以下简称 :原则 )已在企业中得到广泛应用 ,并取得显著成效。农业科研活动中导入该原则具有重要的现实意义和不可估量的价值。本文选择其中三项原则进行了分析 ,并论证了导入《原则》后科研机构在宏观科研规划、具体科研项目。Widely used in many enterprises, quality management principle (for short, principle) has brought notable results. Its application in agricultural research institutions has practical significance and inestimable value. The paper analyzes three principles and demonstrates the value and practical function of research institution in macro scientific research layout, concrete scientific research project, organization self-development, etc. after the introduction of the principle.
