摘 要:在0.075mol/L磺基水杨酸钠和pH7.9的三乙醇胺(2.2%)-盐酸缓冲溶液中,轻稀土和钇、茜紫红S形成的异多核配合物在单扫描极谱上,于-0.79V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的阴极导数峰,峰高与轻稀土浓度在2×10^(-8)~7×10^(-7)mol/L范围内呈线性关系.探讨了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理.在单扫描极谱上用单纯形法和连续变化法测定了该体系的吸附型体的组成比为La∶y∶ARS=1∶2∶7.用此法测定了土壤中轻稀土的含量。The polarographic adsorptive waves of light rare earth(La,Ce,Pr,Nd) -yttrium-alizarin red S(ARS) mix-polynuclear complex arereported in this paper. In the buffer solution(pH 7.9) of nitrilo-trietha-nol (2.2%)-hydrochloric acid containing1.0×10^(-5)mo1/L ARS and 0.075mol/L sodium sulfosalicylate,light RE forms mix-polynuclear complexwith yttrium、ARS etc. The derivative adsorptive wave is obtained at-0 .79V (vs. SCE) by using model JP-IA single-sweep oscillopolarography.The peak height is found to be proportional to the concentration of lightRE in the range from 2×10^(-8)to 7×10^(-7)mol/L. This method has been ap-plied to determine trace amounts of light RE in the soil. With singlesweep oscillopolarography the composition ratio of the adsorptive bodyis determined to be La:Y: ARS=1:2:7 by using the simplex method andthe method of continuous variations.
