摘　　要：本文分析了我国加入世贸组织后 ,纺织行业既有着在国际市场上获得自由平等贸易权利、扩大我国纺织品服装的出口市场、优化产业结构、更多利用国际资源等益处 ,也存在着技术设备差、竞争力不强、出口体制不合理、成本日益提高、新兴纺织部门将受冲击等不利因素 。This article discusses China’s advantage for textile industry after her entry to WTO:more free and equal rights in the global market,larger exports for textile products,upgrading industry structure,better use of foreign resources.Many disadvantages are also listed:poor equipment and technology,strong competitors,rising cost,unreasonable export systems.The article finally puts forward the countermeasures about it.
