几种耐盐碱植物种子的油脂成分及形态分析

摘　　要：本文对生长于盐类土壤地带的白刺 (NitrariaschoberiL .)、碱蓬 (AtriplexcenpralasiapicalIl jin)、藜 (ChenopodiumalbumL .)、麦蒿 (Descurainiasophia (L .)Webb .exPrantl)等一些野生植物的种子进行了分析 ,采用气相色谱法测定了其中饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的含量 ;采用扫描电子显微镜观察了种子的外观形貌和内部形态 .通过实验找到了不同种子的差异性 ,探讨了进一步开发利用的可能性 .In this paper, some of halophyte seeds collected from saline soil area were analyzed. Unsaturated fatty acids were determined by gas chromatography, and the morphology of seed was observed by electric microscope. According to the experiments, the difference of these seeds was known and the probability was discussed as material of health food.
