摘 要:在优选化学成分的基础上,研究了等温淬火温度对2.0Mn-0.3Cr(wt%)合金白口铸铁的力学性能及抗磨性能的影响,并与铸态合金白口铸铁、高铬铸铁及高锰钢的抗磨性进行比较。结果表明:不同的等淬温度可获得不同的基体组织,在325℃等温淬火2h可获得硬度和韧性均较高的奥氏体和贝氏体组织,且耐磨性能良好,是一种有希望的廉价耐磨新材料。Based on optimal chemical compositions,the effects of austempering on mechanical properties and abrasion-resistance of 2.0Mn-0.3Crwt% alloyed white cast iron have been studied. The abrasion-resistance of alloyed white cast iron austempered at different temperature has been compared with that of as-cast alloyed white cast iron,high Cr cast iron and high Mn steel.The results showed that matrix structure of alloyed white cast iron was varied with austempering temperature.Austenite-bainite alloyed white cast iron with higher hardness and toughness could be obtained by austempered at 325℃ for 2 hours,which has better abrasive wear resistance hence a new economical and practical wear resistant material.
