铸造废砂制备泡沫玻璃工艺研究

摘　　要：本文研究了以铸造废砂、废玻璃为主要原料,并适量添加助剂制备泡沫玻璃的工艺技术。研究结果表明:当铸造废砂的总含量达到60%,并控制好工艺参数,可制备出容重为420kg/m3,导热系数为0.059W/(m·K),抗压强度为2.7MPa的泡沫玻璃,这种材料主要由非晶态玻璃、SiO2及少量铁酸钙组成,可作为建筑材料、隔绝材料、漂浮材料在建筑、化工、造船行业广泛使用。s:The technology of foam glass made with waste foundry sand and glass as main raw material with some additive has been studied.The foam glass consisting of non-crystallinic glass,SiO2 and CaFe2O4 with density 420kg/m3, the conduct coefficient 0.059W/m·K,compressive strength 2.7MPa has been made on the condition that the total waste fountry sand up to 60% and properly controlled technology parameters.Such can be widely used in building,chemical,shipbuilding industry as material for building,heat preservation and refrigeration or floating.
