提高凤凰山铜矿选铜指标的研究

摘  要:针对凤矿近期选矿生产中存在的问题,通过对矿石性质和工艺条件的试验研究,表明在现有流程的基础上提高半优先选别pH值,将现场的混精再磨改为混精分离后粗精矿再磨,可使半优先精矿回收率提高,也解决了混精、再磨细度达不到要求的问题,总铜精品位和回收率分别提高0.59%和2.5%,选硫指标亦有提高。In view of problems presented in the mineral processing in Fenghuangshan Copper Mine recently,on the basis of experimental research on ore properties and technical conditions, the results have shown the semi-priority concentrate recovery can be improved by the increasing of semi-priority mineral processing pH on the basisof current process and change from on-site regrinding of composite concentrates to regrinding of crudeconcentrates after composite concentrates separated, meanwhile the problem that regrinding fineness ofcomposite concentrates doesn't meet the requirements has been solved. The total copper grade and recoveryhave been improved 0.59% and 2.5% respectively, surphur-selecting index has been improved too.
