摘 要:本文介绍了有关马钢90tLF/VD(EMS)精炼炉电磁搅拌混合特性的水模型实验研究情况。采用机械搅拌模拟电磁搅拌的水模型研究电磁搅拌的混合特征,建立了本研究条件下用机械搅拌模拟电磁搅拌混合特征的相似关系,本试验研究结果与他人的实际工业试验及模型试验研究结果基本吻合。研究认为,炉渣、搅拌方式、搅拌强度对搅拌的混匀效果、液面平均流速、吹裸钢液直径及临界搅拌电流和吹气量有较大影响;渣厚>87mm后,渣厚的变化对混匀效果的影响明显减弱;上搅拌方式的混匀效果优于下搅拌,无渣条件下上搅拌与吹气搅拌的混匀时间相当;上搅拌吹裸液面所需的比搅拌功高于吹气搅拌。本研究结果可供制定搅拌工艺参考。The study on water mould for mixing characteristics of electromagnetic stirring of 90t LF of Magangis introduced in this paper. Mechanical stirring water mould is adopted to simulate the mixing characteristics ofelectromagnetic stirring and the similar relationship under this condition is set up. The experiment result is similarto that of other industrial and simulated test. The study shows that furnace slag, stirring form and stirring intensityhave great influence on the mixing effect of stirring, the average velocity of flow, the diameter of nude liquid steelby blowing, the critical stirring current and gas-blowing capacity. When the slag is thicker than 87mm, theinfluence of the change of slag thickness on mixing effect of stirring weakens evidently. The effect of mixing by up-stirring is better than that of down-stirring. On the condition of no slag, the mixing time of up-stirring is equal togas-blowing stirring. The comparative power of up-stirring needed to blow liquid steel level is stronger than gas-blowing stirring. The result of this study can be used as a reference to the formulation of stirring process.
