摘　　要：本文介绍了合钢第二炼钢厂转炉试生产45^#钢过程中，在冶炼终点控制、钢水质量、全程温度控制和连铸等方面所做的试验研究工作，总结了45^#钢转炉连铸生产工艺和质量控制经验。实践表明，该工艺设计合理，所生产的45^#钢完全符合GB699—88的要求。This paper presents the experimental research works in smelting end-point control, molten steelquality, all-process temperature control and continuous casting by the converter of No. 2 steel-making plant inHefei Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. during trial production of 45~# steel, summrizes converter-continuous castingproduction technology and quality control experience of 45~# steel. The practice shows this technical design isreasonable, 45~# steel produced completely meet the requirements of GB 699-88.
