摘　　要：分析了影响滑板连续使用的安全因素,制定了相关技术措施,结果表明滑板平均连用4.11次/套(最高为5次);上水口平均使用12次/块(最高为17次),效果显著。在试验成功后已经推广,经过探索改进,连用寿命可望进一步提高。In this paper, the security factors affecting slide plate repeat assembling were analyzed, therelative technical measures were made. The test results show that the average life of slide plate was extended to4.33 heats (the longest life was extended to 5 heats), the average life of upper ladle slide nozzle was extended to12 heats (the longest life was extended to 17 heats) and the achievement is outstanding. The Technique has beenwidely used after the successful test. It is expected that the life of repeat assembling slide plate can be extendedlonger with upgrading.
