砂布胶粘剂的合成与性能研究

摘　　要：根据砂布磨具对胶粘剂的性能要求 ,合成了聚丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂 ;考察了共聚体系中各种原料的组合、配比及用量对乳胶机械性能的影响。研究表明 :不同单体种类、配比及用量直接影响到乳胶的机械强度、成膜性、耐水性及耐磨性。The polyacrylate latex adhesives have been synthesized to meet the requirements of the development of the coated abrasives products. The influence of the combination,mixture ratio and use level of various crude materials in the polymerization for the mechanical properties of latex have been studied by experiments. The study results have showed that the mechanical strength,film forming properties,abrasion resistance and water-resistance of the latex are directly affected by the type and ratio of different monomers.
