摘　　要：介绍了甲脒亚磺酸 (FAS)漂白废新闻纸脱墨浆和混合办公废纸脱墨浆的实验情况 ,探讨了FAS用量、NaOH和FAS比值、浆浓、漂白温度和时间对漂后纸浆白度的影响 ,同时用过氧化氢、连二亚硫酸钠进行了对比实验 ,并对废新闻纸脱墨浆进行了H2 O2 FAS ,FAS H2 O2 ,H2 O2 Na2 S2 O4和Na2 S2 O4 H2 O2 两段漂白研究。研究结果表明 ,纸浆白度随FAS用量、漂白温度和时间的增加而提高 ,FAS与NaOH的质量比在 2∶1左右 ,漂白效果较好。H2 O2 FAS用作废新闻纸脱墨浆的两段漂白 ,其效果优于H2 O2 Na2 S2 O4,FAS H2 O2 又比Na2 S2 O4 H2 O2 效果好 。The waste paper deinked pulp was bleached with formamidine sulphinic acid (FAS). The effects of FAS charge, ratio of NaOH to FAS, pulp consistency, temperature and the reaction time of FAS with pulp on the final pulp brightness and strength were studied. Also, we compared with the bleaching effects of H_2O_2 and Na_2S_2O_4, carried out the two-stage bleaching research of H_2O_2-FAS,FAS-H_2O_2,H_2O_2-Na_2S_2O_4 and Na_2S_2O_4-H_2O_2. The experimental results indicate that the brightness of deinked pulp increases with increasing the FAS charge, the temperature and the reactiontime. Better bleaching effect was obtained when the ratios of NaOH to FAS is at about 2∶1.For the two-stage bleaching of the waste newspaper deinked pulp, H_2O_2-FAS shows better bleaching ability than H_2O_2-Na_2S_2O_4, FAS-H_2O_2 and Na_2S_2O_4-H_2O_2, confirming that FAS is an effective bleaching and decolorizing agent for deinked pulp.
