摘　　要：流溪河发电公司在全部机组停机时,因电网事故等原因而造成厂用电源全部消失情况下,利用黑启动恢复机组运行和对线路送电。为了确保黑启动的成功,对相关设备进行改造,对设备供电电源进行改进。At the time of all the generation sets were stopped in Liuxihe Power Company, under all the plant without any power supply due to power network accident etc. the power supply was made to the lines by using the method to start generation sets under non power supply. In order to insure the success of starting under non power supply, improvement and implementation methods to renovate relevant equipment and equipment power supply source are proposed.
