摘　　要：2004年全国银行间同业拆借和债券市场运行总体平稳,市场交易量有所减少,拆借与回购利率跌宕起伏,现券市场震荡调整。2004年银行间市场发展迅速,成员不断扩大、交易工具不断创新,交易品种不断丰富。On the whole,the national interbank lending and bond system fared smoothly in 2004.Turnover decreased slightly,the lending rate and repo rate fluctuated constantly,and the cash bond market also experienced fluctuations.The interbank market boasts rapid development with growing membership,continual innovation in transaction instruments and increasing diversity of trading varieties.
