摘　　要：研究制药机械中磨损轴套镶套修复法的工艺过程,并采用加热镶套压入法对制药机械中磨损轴套进行修复,实际效果反映较好,这对缓解制药机械中轴套备件供应困难,节约材料,都具有重要意义。Technology process of restoring about worn spindl e sleeve in pharmaceulical machine based on the method of inlaid sheath was studied, and restoring of an worn spindle sleeve in pharmaceulical machine was carried out by the method of pressing heating inlaid sheath. The reported actual effect is good, which will have some important significations in palliating provision problems of spare about parts spindle sleeve in pharmaceulical machine and sparing materials.
