摘　　要：技术创新是增强企业持续竞争力的关键因素,技术创新能力是企业开展技术创新的基础,但技术创新能力的评价迄今为止还没有统一的标准。本文试图总结技术创新能力共性的方面, 从技术创新过程入手,对技术创新能力进行分解,找出关键的四个维度,利用调查问卷和统计分析进行验证,并对技术创新能力维度进行归纳,有利于企业在实际操作过程中做到有的放矢,提升企业技术创新能力。Tech-innovation is the key factor to strengthen the firm's competition capability. And tech-innovation capability is the foundation for innovation activities. However the evaluation method of tech-innovation capability doesn't have unified criterion. This paper aims to know which decide the capability of tech-innovation. Through the analysis of tech-innovation process, the paper divides the innovation capability into four parts. And the model is set up for tech-innovation capability. The paper uses the collected data to test the model.
