摘　　要：目的　探讨供体特异性输血 (DST)对大鼠胰十二指肠移植的保护作用和作用机制。方法　通过对施行胰十二指肠移植治疗糖尿病的大鼠进行DST ,观察大鼠胰腺移植过程中发生的病理生理变化 ,包括血糖、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及细胞因子表达的变化。结果　胰腺移植术后 2 4h ,糖尿病大鼠血糖恢复正常。与对照组相比 ,DST组的移植胰腺急性排斥反应程度较轻 ,MDA含量基本正常。DST组的移植胰腺 ,白细胞介素 (IL) 4、IL 5、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) α表达的增强不同程度受到抑制 ,而IL 6和干扰素 (IFN) γ的表达反而增强。结论　DST对移植胰腺具有保护作用 ,细胞因子表达的变化与此作用关系密切。Objective To observe the protective effect of DST on pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rat diabetic model and mechanism.Methods Pathophysical changes including serum glucose,MDA concent,expression of cytokine mRNA were observed in a rat pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model preconditioned by DST.Results Diabetic rat had normal glycemia in 24 h after transplantation.Abnormity of pancreatic morphology in DST group was less than in control group.The plasma MDA content of transplant pancreas in DST group had no significant change.The expression of TNF α,IL 4,IL 5 was inhibited,while the expressions of IFN γ,IL 6 elevated.Conclusion DST had protective effects on transplant pancreas.This effect was related with the expression of cytokines.
