摘 要:目的 实验性脑损伤大鼠脑内血管内皮细胞生长因子的变化及亚低温的影响。方法 采用改进的Marmarou’s法制作脑损伤模型。将动物随机分为 3组 :常温组 (3 7~ 3 8℃ )、低温组(3 2~ 3 3℃ )及对照组。观察不同时相的VEGF变化。结果 (1)受伤 2 4h后常温组各时相VEGF水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;(2 )在伤后 2 4h以后低温组各时相VEGF水平与常温组比较差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 常温下实验性脑损伤大鼠脑内VEGF水平升高 ,亚低温可抑制这种趋势。Objective To study the effect of mild hypothermia on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in experimental injured rat brain.Methods The model of brain injury was established by Modified Marmarou's method.The rats were divided into three groups:the normal thermia group (37 38 ℃),the hypothermia group (32 33 ℃) and the control group.The changes in VEGF at different time points were observed.Results (1) After brain injury for 24 h,there was statistical difference in the levels of VEGF between normal thermia group and control group ( P < 0.05, 0.01). (2) After brain injury for 24 h,there was significant difference in the levels of VEGF between hyperthermia group and normal thermia group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion In experimental brain injury rats,the level of VEGF in brain was increased under normal thermia,while hypothermia could restrain this trend.
