尿毒症患者血液透析前、后PTHrP,PTH,BGP和ANP水平的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭病人血液透析患者PTHrP、PTH、BGP和ANP水平的变化。方法:应用放 射免疫分析测定了50例慢性肾功能衰竭病人PTHrP、PTH、BGP和ANP水平的变化,并以45例正常献血员为 对照组。结果:透析前PTHrP、PTH和BGP与正常对照组相比明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而透析后与 正常对照组比较增高更加明显,相差非常显著(P<0.01);透析后明显高于透析前亦有显著性变化(P<0.01); ANP透析前与正常对照组比较增高明显有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);ANP透析后与正常对照组比较亦明显 升高(P<0.05);但透析后与透析前比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者血透后ANP水平下 降,其它项目上升,其机理复杂,有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the changes of serum PTHrP、 PTH、 BGP and ANP levels after hemodialysis in uremic patients. Methods Serum PTHrP、 PTH、 BGP and ANP levels were determined with RIA both before and after hemodialysis in 50 patients with chronic renal failere as well as in 45 controls. Results Before dialysis, serum PTHrP、 PTH and BGP levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls (P<0 05). After dialysis, the levels were even higher (vs controls, P<0.01; vs before dialysis, P<0.01). The situation was somewhat different with ANP. Before dialysis, serum ANP levels were also significantly higher in the patients (P<0.01). However, the ANP levels dropped significantly after dialysis (P<0.05) but still remained significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of changes of serum levels of these parameters after hemoialysis remains to be speculative and further study is required.
