摘　　要：由试井资料所确定的表皮系数受各种因素制约。针对井和现场施工情况,具体分析受伤害原因、伤害程度及损害类型,有针对性地预测措施效果,指导并制定油气层改造方式、规模大小。在中低渗油气藏勘探开发过程中,具有一定的实用价值。Because of the skin coefficient determined by well testing data being restricted by every factor and according to situations of ten well and field operation, the paper analyzes the cause,degree and type for that being damaged and predicts the measure effect with pertinence that guides and establishes the reformed type and dimensions for oil and gas formations. During the exploration and development for the medium and low permeability oil and gas reservoirs,it has a actual value.
