摘　　要：采用推棒措施,实现方坯、圆坯均可在推钢式连续加热炉内加热。采用高炉煤气、空气双蓄热式预热至高温,以满足炉温要求,并显著节能。炉子还集成了炉底管汽化冷却、复合不定型耐火材料筑炉、热工自动控制等技术。The quadrate and circular billets all can be heated using push sticks in the pusher-type billet heating furnace. The blast furnace gas and airare preheatedto high temperature byusingregenerativecombustiontechniquesto achievefurnace temperatureanddebase energy consume. The furnace isadopted the vapourization cooling system, composite unshaped refractories and automatic controlsystem. And the furnace attains advanced level on the technical-and-economic indexes after put into production.
