摘　　要：目的　观察合贝爽治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　 86例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组 ,4 3例应用常规治疗 ,4 3例加用合贝爽治疗。比较两组治疗后的症状 ,心电图 ,率压积的变化。结果　治疗组较对照组更能改善心绞痛的症状 ,改善心电图变化 ,降低率压积。讨论　用合贝爽能解除冠脉痉挛 ,降低心肌耗氧量 ,缓解心绞痛 ,预防发生心肌梗死。Objective To observe the clinical effection of treating the UAP with Herbesser. Methods 86 patients were divided into two groups,43 patients were treated with the general method, 43 patients were treated with the general method and Herbesser. Then compared their clinical effection and the change of ECG and RPP. Results The second method can improve the clinical effection、ECG and RPP better. Conclusions Herbesser can remove the coronary artery convulsion, reduce myocardium oxygen consumption, alleviate the angina pectoris and prevent from the myocardium infarct.
