摘  要:目的 :研究银杏叶提取物 (EGb)对糖尿病大鼠行为学及大脑皮层和海马 Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性的影响。方法 :腹腔注射佐链霉素 5 5 mg/ kg建立糖尿病模型 ,以旷场分析法和 Morris水迷宫法考察各组大鼠学习记忆能力 ,检测大脑皮层和海马的Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性。结果 :大鼠糖尿病 6个月后 ,旷场分析示中央格停留时间延长、探洞次数较少 ,Morris水迷宫实验示逃避潜伏时间延长、搜寻平台策略成绩降低 ,大脑皮层和海马的 Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性明显下降。 EGb可明显升高 Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ,缩短中央格停留时间、水迷宫实验逃避潜伏期时间 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ,提高探洞次数和搜寻平台策略成绩 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。结论 :EGb可提高糖尿病大鼠大脑皮层和海马的 Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性 。Objective:To study the effects of extract of Gingko biloba leaves (EGb) on the learning and memory dysfunction and Na +-K +ATPase activities of both cerebral cortex and hippocampus in the diabetic rats.Methods:The behaviors of diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin were measured by the open field test and Morris water maze for learning and memory after 6 months of diabetes. The activities of Na +-K +ATPase activities of cerebral cortex and hippocampus were also observed at the same time.Result:After 6 months of diabetes, the escape latency time of Morris water maze test in the diabetic group was longer than that in the control group. In open field test, the rats showed poor exploratory activities. EGb could increase Na +-K +ATPase activities of both cerebral cortex and hippocampus in the diabetic rats, and improve the hole-probe trial performance in open field test and shorten the escape latency time in Morris water maze.Conclusion:EGb can prevent the impairment of the Na +-K +ATPase activities of both cerebral cortex and hippocampus and improve the learning and memory dysfunction in diabetic rats.
