超声波加美宝疤痕平治疗面部烧伤后色素沉着疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :比较超声波与美宝疤痕平联合应用治疗面部烧伤后色素沉着与单用超声波和单用美宝疤痕平的疗效 ,了解联合治疗效果 ,指导临床治疗。方法 :将面部色素沉着病人随机分为三组 ,超声波加美宝疤痕平组、疤痕平组和超声波组。 10天为一个疗程 ,每个疗程之间休息 7天 ,观察 3个疗程。结果 :超声波加美宝疤痕平组与单用超声波和美宝疤痕平治疗效果有着显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :超声波加美宝疤痕平治疗烧伤后色素沉着具有良好效果。Objective: To compare the efficacy of ultrasonic therapy in association with MEBO Scar Lotion in treating pigmented spots in face post burn and the efficacy of ultrasonic therapy alone and MEBO Scar Lotion alone. Method: Patients with face pigmented spots post burn were divided into 3 groups. Patients in group A were treated with ultrasonic therapy in association with MEBO Scar Lotion. Patients in groups B and C were treated with ultrasonic therapy or MEBO Scar Lotion alone respectively. A treating course was 10 days. After a treating course the treatment was paused for 7 days then continued. The observation was done for 3 treating courses. Result: The efficacy of ultrasonic therapy in association with MEBO Scar Lotion was much better than that of ultrasonic therapy or MEBO Scar Lotion alone. The difference was very significant (P<0/01). Conclusion: Ultrasonic therapy in association with MEBO Scar Lotion has very good efficacy in treating face pigmented spots post burn.
