摘　　要：信息产业部正式发布了中国数字集群通信产业最新技术标准———《基于CDMA技术的数字集群系统总体技术要求》,中兴通讯发布的全球首个基于CDMA的数字集群系统———GoTa系统成为唯一的符合该国家标准的数字集群产品。文章介绍了GoTa的集群调度、基本语音、无线数据等业务功能,探讨了几个典型集群行业的业务运营模式,并给出了GoTa系统的多种计费策略。The Ministry of Information Industry of China has issued the newest technology standards for the digital trunking communication industry of China―General Technology Specifications for CDMA-based Digital Trunking Systems. GoTa, the first CDMA-based digital trunking system in the world and provided by ZTE Corporation, accordingly becomes the only digital trunking product that complies with this state standard. The paper introduces GoTa services such as dispatching services, basic voice services and wireless data services, discusses the service operating modes of several typical trunking industries, and finally presents the multiple billing policies of the GoTa system.
