摘　　要：雷州半岛硅藻土矿床产于第四系中更新世晚期—晚更新世中期田洋组地层中,受东西向、北东向或北西向断裂 交汇部位的破火山口和火山构造洼地的控制,矿体分布与火山口湖盆形态相吻合,明显受构造、地形地貌的控制。The diatomaceous earth ore deposit in Leizhou peninsula exists in the strata of Tianyang formation of the late Middle Pleistocene to middle Late Pleistocene (Quaternary System). It is controlled by the broken volcanic vent of EW, EN or WN trending faults intersecting location and volcanic structure depressions. The distribution of orebody is identical with the lake basin shapes of volcanic vent, and controlled by the structure and land form and geomorgraphy.
