摘　　要：本文针对火工品在使用环氧树脂胶粘剂中出现的问题,依据环氧树脂胶粘剂的特性,分析了环氧树脂胶粘剂的原材料、环境条件、工艺及工艺参数等对火工品性能的影响,并提出了涂胶过程中必须严格控制的关键工艺参数。Aimed at the problems of using epoxy resin adhesive in initiating explosive device, based on the characteristics of epoxy resin adhesive, the influence of the raw material, environmental conditions, processing, and technological parameters of the epoxy resin adhesive on the performance of initiating explosive devices were analyzed. The key technological parameters in the coating process of adhesive were also provided in the paper, these parameters must been strictly controlled.
