摘  要:报导了一种简单而有效的制备非晶ZnO纳米粉末的方法 ,即固态低温热解法。并用透射电镜、选区电子衍射、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱对所制得的粉末进行了表征。结果表明在 1 6 0℃下灼烧乙酸锌和碳酸氢钠所得到的ZnO粉末是非晶态。PL谱表明非晶ZnO纳米粉末同样具有较强的紫外发射 ,其峰值波长为 3 80nm 。In this paper,a simple and effective method to prepare amorphous ZnO nano-powder by low temperature pyrolytic reaction is reported.The transmission electron microscope (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS) were used to characterize the ZnO nano-powder. Measurement results indicate that the ZnO nano-powder obtained by heating the mixture of Zn(CH_3COO)_2 and NaHCO_3 under 160℃ is amorphous.Photoluminescence spectra reveal that the amorphous ZnO has a very strong ultraviolet emission at 380nm and its visible emission is barely observed. We think it is due to the quantum size effect.
