摘  要:研究对烤瓷熔附金属PFM(Porcelain fused to metal)修复材料进行力学分析的实验与计算方法 ,分析其相关程度和内在联系。制作不同金瓷比 ,外形为 2 6mm× 4mm× 1.5mm的PFM试件 15个 ,分 5组 ,每组 3个 ,采用三点弯曲实验测量其弯曲强度及弹性模量 ,观察其变化规律 ,并与理论计算值比较 ,讨论其相关性。发现实验测量结果与理论计算结果有明显相关性 ,可以通过修正的理论公式来预测PFM的力学性质。PFM各组份的几何形态参数和力学参数与其总体力学性质有规律性关系 ,可以用通过校正的理论公式进行预测和改进。In this study we compare the experimental and mathemati ca l analyses of mechanical properties of PFM and analyze their correlation levels and inner links. Fifteen PFM specimens with different thickness ratio of metal t o porcelain are made , with the shape of 26mm×4mm×1.5mm, and are divided into 5 groups, the metal thickness increases with 0.05mm change each among every gro up from 0.25mm to 0.45mm, the porcelain thickness decreases accordingly. The th ree-point-fracture test is used to measure their bending strength and elastic modulus, exhibit their changing laws, and disclose their inner relationships. Wh e n the whole thickness of the specimen is determined, the fracture load, bending strength and elastic modulus increase according to the increase of the metal thi ckness. The experimental mechanical properties of PFM are significantly influenc ed by the thickness ratio of metal to porcelain, and are the same as the theoret ical ones calculated by the mixed law formula of compound material. There is sig nificant correlation between the experimental analysis and mathematical analysis of mechanical properties of PFM.The regression coefficients can be obtained to describe this relationship. Further more, they can be used as the corrected para meters of the theoretical formula. T he corrected mathematical formula is helpful to predicting and improving the mec hanical properties of PFM.
