三阴交穴位注射治疗术后尿潴留疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :寻求治疗硬膜外麻醉术后尿潴留的有效方法。方法 :1 68例术后尿潴留患者 ,随机分为穴注组 58例、针刺组 62例及肌注组 48例 ,分别给予新斯的明 0 5mg三阴交穴位注射、三阴交针刺、新斯的明 1mg臀部肌肉注射 ,观察、比较 3组的治愈率。结果 :穴注组治愈率 79 3 % ,分别与针刺组治愈率 61 3 %和肌注组治愈率 60 4%比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论ObjectiveTo search for an effective therapy for ur inary retention after peridural anesthesia. MethodsOne hundred and sixty-eight cases of postoperative uri nary retention were rando mly divided into acupoint-injection group (n=58), acupuncture group (n= 62) and intramuscular injection group (n=48), and they were treated by in jec tion of 0 5 mg of neostigmine into Sanyinjiao (SP 6), acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and buttock intramuscular injection of 1 mg of neostigmine, respectively . The cured rates in the 3 groups were investigated and compared. ResultsThe cured rate was 79 3% in the acupoint-injection gr oup , being higher than 61 3% in the acupuncture group and 60 4% in the intramuscu lar injection group (P<0 05). ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of Sanyinjiao acupoint-injec tion is superior to those of acupuncture of Sanyinjiao point and injection of ro utine western medicine.
