摘　　要：目的　探讨埋没导引缝合法修复下睑皮肤软组织轻中度缺损的疗效。方法　应用埋没导引缝合法将下睑眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣及部分眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊固定于眶外上缘侧骨膜 ,修复下睑皮肤软组织缺损或矫正下睑外翻畸形。临床应用 5 6例 ,其中睑袋整形术后并发下睑外翻 4 2例 ,下睑血管瘤 6例 ,色素痣 8例。结果　全部病例经切除病变、睑外翻复位后 ,分离眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣悬吊固定 ,创面直接缝合。伤口Ⅰ期愈合 ,无下睑外翻 ,已有外翻消失 ,随访 3个月至 3年 ,切口瘢痕不明显。结论　埋没导引缝合法修复下睑皮肤软组织轻中度缺损 ,尤其矫正睑袋去除术后并发睑外翻畸形 ,安全有效、瘢痕细小 ,美容效果好。Objective To study the clinical effects of the reconstruction of lower eyelid's skin and soft-tissue defects in mild and moderate degree with the buried guiding suture needle. Methods The lower eyelid's muscular flap and fascia lateral supraorbital to repair soft-tissue defect and correct ectropion of lower eyelid ligament of musculi orbicularis oculi were slinged and strung on the periosteum with the buried guiding suture needle. 42 cases of ectropion after blepharoplasty postoperation, 6 cases of hemangiomas and 8 cases of melanoma in lower eyelid were treated as described above. Results All skin and soft-tissue defects from mild to moderate degree in lower eyelid were successfully repaired. Followed up from 3 months to 3 years after operation, all ectropions were corrected and the scar was faint. Conclusion The method is safe, effective and satisfactory, and especially the scar is faint. It fulfils aesthetic impression.
