摘　　要：医院网络办公自动化是通过利用先进的网络资讯技术 ,实现医院内部各部门、科室间的信息共享及数据传递 ,使医院各级管理人员可以随时随地了解单位信息 ,即时与单位进行沟通交流。本文结合所在医院自行开发的“网络自动化办公系统” ,详细阐述了它的自动化办公功能和在实际工作中所发挥的作用 ,以及实现办公自动化所需要的硬件设备。The hospital network automation of official business is to realize the information between hospital internal each department and offices through using advanced network information technology to share and data transmit,make hospital different levels administrators know unit information at any time anywhere and link up exchange immediately with unit.With combining the actnal situation of our hospital to develop independently a system named the network automation system of official business,this paper elaborated it's automation function of official business in detail and the actual affect,and pointed out hardware needed to realize the automation of official business.
