摘　　要：医疗设备管理是医院管理系统的一个重要分支 ,该文借鉴人力资源管理的新模式“能本管理” ,应用于医院设备管理 ,针对工程技术人员及设备的有机结合 ,以双重能本管理理论来阐述如何充分发挥二者最大效能 ,以保证医疗设备为临床工作提供最佳效能 ,推进医院发展。Medical equipment management is an important branches of the hospital medical management system.This artical applies the new model of human resources management based on capability to medical equipment management.Combined the engineer and the equipment,it sets forth how to make it best to exert the double capability.It ensures medical equipment to provide the best function for the medical work to promote the development of hospital.
