摘　　要：目的　建立高效液相色谱法测定罗红霉素胶囊含量的方法。方法　采用ODS柱 (4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :0 . 0 5mol·L 1磷酸二氢钾溶液 甲醇 乙腈 (6 0∶30∶10 ) ;流量 0 . 8ml·min 1;测定波长 2 5 4nm。结果　进样量在 0. 2～ 4 . 0 μg时与峰面积呈良好的相关性 ,r=0 . 9993(n =5 )。结论　该法简便、准确、结果满意。OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the d et emination of roxithromycin capsules.METHODS The ODS column (4 .6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used,0.05 mol·L -1potassium dihydrogen phosp hate solution-methanol-acetonitrile(60∶30∶10) as the mobile phase,the flow ra te was 0.8 ml·min -1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESUL TS The linearity of peak area was good when the injected quantity was i n the range of 0.2～4.0 μg(r=0.9993,n=5).CO NCLUSION This method is convenient,accurate and the results of experim ent satisfactory.
