摘  要:目的 减少氧气湿化液的带菌率。方法 将吸氧患者随机分成对照组 36例和观察组 32例。对照组以蒸馏水作为湿化液 ,每日更换并消毒湿化瓶 ;观察组以强氧化离子水作为湿化液 ,每周更换。 2种湿化液每天采样送细菌培养 ,观察细菌生长情况。结果 两组带菌率比较 ,x2 =32 97,P <0 0 0 1,有显著差异。结论 用强氧化离子水代替蒸馏水作为湿化液 ,可明显减少湿化液带菌率 ,并延长更换时间 。Objective To reduce the bacteria-holding rate of the oxygen-humidified water. Method Patients with oxygen-inhaling were randomly divided into two groups:36 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group.In the control group,the distilled water was used as the humidified water,meanwhile the humidified bottle was exchanged and sterilized everyday.In the observation group,the strongly oxidated ion-water was used as the humidified water and was exchanged weekly.The samples of the two kinds of humidified water were collected for cultivating bacteria everyday.The growth of the bacterias were observed. Result The bacteria rates of two groups were statistically significant difference,x 2=32 97,P<0.001. Conclusion The use of the strongly-oxidated ion-water as humidified water can apparently reduce bacteria rate of the humidified water,meanwhile it can prolong the exchanging time and reduce the nursing work load.
