摘　　要：青年是社会的焦点 ,青年的心理问题也是社会关心的焦点问题 ,大学生就业问题是今年来全社会都关心的话题。然而 ,大学生的成才心理却是一个长期被忽略的问题 ,但与大学生的就业密切相关。以大学生的心理特点及大学生的成才心理特点和影响因素为着眼点 。The young are the focus of the society, and so are young people's psychological problems and young university students' job problems. However, their psychology of being-a-useful-person is ignored for a long period. Based on young university students' psychological characteristics and factors, this article discusses their problems-cared-now, such as being-a-useful-person, job, and so on.
