闸电燃机电厂进口油改烧国产油应用分析

摘　　要：上海闸电燃气轮机发电厂燃用国产重质燃料油替代原设计进口 180号重油。通过对燃料油质分析和油质控制技术的研究,以及燃油变化对燃料准备、机组燃烧、机组性能、热通道结垢及环境污染经济效益等多方面相关影响进行试验分析,表明用目前选择的国产重质燃料油替代进口重油在重油处理、机组性能、环境保护等方面是可行的,试验积累了燃用国产重质燃料油的运行经验,对电厂降低发电成本、减少环境污染、提高燃机可靠运行率等方面均有技术参考意义。Shanghai Zhadian Gas Turbine Power Plant has replaced the initially designed imported No.180 heavy oil by domestically-made heavy fuel oil. Through analyzing the fuel oil quality and studying the oil quality control technology, as well as conducting experimental analysis of influence of the fuel oil change on the fuel preparation, unit combustion, unit performance, heat passage scaling, environment pollution, economic benefits and etc.,the result shows that replacing the imported heavy oil by domestically-made fuel oil is feasible in the aspects of heavy oil treatment, unit performance and environment protection. Through tests, the operation experience in firing domestically-made heavy fuel oil was accumulated and provids technical reference for other power plants on the generation cost and environmental pollution reduction, as well as the improvement of operation stability of the gas turbine.
