摘　　要：目的　研究HLA DR4等位基因与广西汉族IgA肾病的关系。方法　采用聚合酶链反应—序列特异性 引物法(PCR SSP),对30名广西汉族IgA肾病患者及60名汉族正常人的HLA DR4基因频率进行检测。结果　广 西汉族IgA肾病组的HLA DR4基因频率与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。广西汉族HLA DR4基因阳性 IgA肾病患者的临床、病理预后指标与广西汉族HLA DR4基因阴性IgA肾病患者无明显差异。结论　HLA DR4基 因与广西汉族IgA肾病的发病无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between HLA4 gene and IgA nephropathy(IgAN) in Guangxi Chinese Han nationality. Methods HLA-DR4 gene presentation of 30 patients with IgAN in Guangxi Chinese Han nationality was investigated by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) technology and compared with that of 60 normal controls. Results The frequency of HLA-DR4 had no digference between the IgAN in Guangxi Chinese Han nationality and the control group. The clinical and pathology features that predicted a poor prognosis had no diffrence between HLA-DR 4-position IgAN patients and HLA-DR4-negative IgAN patients in Guangxi Chinese Han nationality. Conclusion The allele gene HLA-DR4 may not be a susceptible alleles of IgAN in Guangxi Chinese Han nationality.
