摘　　要：应用Dynaform软件模拟分析了封头零件拉深工艺参数对成形质量的影响,提出采用拉延筋改进现行工艺的方 案,可明显提高材料利用率、降低压边力和提高零件成形质量。Simulated and analysis the deep drawing process of the cover part how the parameters effected the part forming quality using Dynaform software,the semi-circular draw-bead is introduced to improve the formability and reduce the power on of up-ring and blank.
