基于CAE技术的镜台底座不同注塑方案的设计

摘　　要：镜台底座是某设备中重要部件,其注塑后的尺寸、形位公差要求高。依据通常的经验,在部件上选择不同的浇注 口,在相同的注塑条件下,分析这两种不同注塑方案对部件翘曲变形的影响,从中选出较优方案,并给出实例和CAE模 拟分析的比较。The mirror foundation is in the medical equipment-the important part,therefore casts after to it the size,the shape position common difference requests very strictly.Rests on the usual experience,chooses the different pouring stopper nozzle on the part,in same casts under the condition,analyzes these two kinds differently to cast the plan the influence which distorts to the part warp.Selects the superior plan.Finally is the example and the CAE simulation analysis comparison.
