摘　　要：作为高校三大支柱之一的图书馆,是知识信息搜集、整理、储存和传播的主要基地,在高校教学和科研过程中,是技术创新的重要支持力量,又是过程创新和观念创新的主要参与者。论述了在数字图书馆模式下,高校图书馆的定位创新、机制创新、馆员素质创新、读者环境创新和服务功能创新。Being as one of the three main pillars of universities, the library is the principal base for collecting, sorting, storing and spreading the knowledge information, and the significant backing of technological innovation in the process of the education and scientific research in university, and also the important participator of the course innovation and conception innovation. This paper discusses on the innovation of university library's orientation, system, librarian quality, reading circumstances and service function under the mode of the digital library.
