摘　　要：随着太原市需水量的逐步加大和地下水井关闭工作的进行,引黄工程将成为太原市的主要水源,为提高太原市城市用水的保证率,兴建备用水源———呼延调蓄工程是十分必要和迫切的。Along with the progressive increase of the water consumption of Taiyuan City and the closedown of underground water well, the YRDP will become the main water-source of Taiyuan City. In order to increase the ratio of guarantee for the water consumption of Taiyuan City, it is very necessary and urgent to build the stand-by water-source, Huyan Water Storage Project.
