摘　　要：轮胎成型机是轮胎生产中必不可少的重要设备,其整体设计对保证产品质量和提高生产效率非常重要。对轮胎成型机一些关键设计进行了分析研究,提出了改进建议,改造后的结构受力合理,有较高的安全系数和较长的使用寿命,大大改善了原有设备的技术性能,不仅使轮胎生产质量明显提高,而且节约了大量的维修及设备更新费用,增加了企业的效益。The forming machine of tyre is a necessary equipment of tyre production, its integral design is very important for the quality of the products and the efficiency of the production. This paper analyzes and researches on some critical designs of forming machines and put forward some suggestions for improvement. After being improved, its structure and stress are more rational, its safety coefficiency is much higher and its service life is much longer than before, improving the technical data of the original machine. The improvement not only increases the quality of production but also saves a lot of expenses of maintaining and renewing the equipment. Therefore , the benefit of the enterprise is also increased.
