摘  要:能量变换器(Powerformer)是无需借助升压变压器便可直接并网运行的新型高压发电机,其关键技术是采用高压交联聚乙烯电缆作为定子绕组,为便于电缆绕制与成型,绕组通常设计成多层同心式,定子槽为多层圆形槽,这与普通交流电机的不同,因此它的槽漏抗和端部漏抗算法也与普通交流电机的不同。文章针对能量变换器多层同心式绕组和多层圆形槽的特点,采用解析法和有限元法对其槽漏抗和端部 漏抗进行了建模,给出了定子漏抗计算方法与实例计算结果,并进行了实验验证,计算结果与实验值基本吻合。Powerformer is a new kind of high voltage generators, which can be directly connected to power grid without the step-up transformer. Its key technology lies in adopting high voltage cables with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable as stator winding. For the convenience of cable assembling the stator winding the powerformer is usually designed to be multi-concentric. Meanwhile the shape of stator slot also differs from that of conventional ones. This leads to a different calculation method of slot leakage reactance and end region leakage reactance. The purpose of this research is to utilize analytic and finite element method (FEM) to model and deduce powerformer's slot leakage reactance and end region leakage reactance. During this process three-dimension end region magnetic field is calculated. The calculation method and corresponding results of an example are given. Through the comparison between experiment and calculation result of stator leakage reactance, it is proved that the calculation result can coincide with the result of experiment quite well.
