摘　　要：目的研究糖肾平胶囊作用于糖尿病小鼠后对大血管基因表达的影响。方法用高脂高糖饲料诱发C57BL/6J小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型,口服给予糖肾平浸膏粉后提取大血管mRNA,与基因芯片进行杂交,经扫描,计算机软件分析后观察基因表达的变化。结果找到大血管中相关表达基因。结论基因芯片有助于研究中药的作用机理,但对所获信息的分析存在一定的难度。AIM:To study the influence of Tangshenping capsules on gene expression of the big blood vessel of diabetes mice.METHOD:C57BL/6J mice were fed on conventional chow or diets in high fat and sugar to induce NIDDM model.To extract mRNA from target tissue after taking Tangshenping extract orally.They were hybridized with Oligo microarray and screened through the analysis of gene expression profile.RESULT:The interrelated expression gene in big blood vessel was found.CONCLUSIOIN:Genechip can help to study the function mechanism of the Chinese Medicine,but it is hard to analyze the message acquired.
