对NICU新生儿胃管置入方法的研究

摘　　要：目的　通过改变NICU患儿常规采用的胃管置入方法 ,以减少患儿置胃管过程中的痛苦和损害 ,提高置管成功率。方法　将 6 0例入住NICU、SpO2 >90 %、需置胃管的患儿随机分为研究组和对照组 ,统计 2种置管方法一次成功率、置管前后SpO2 改变、采用DAN评分标准记录患儿疼痛表达得分。结果　研究组一次成功率为 10 0 % ,对照组一次成功率为 6 6 .6 %。置管后较置管前研究组与对照组SpO2 改变程度差异有显著性。 2组DAN评分得分差异也有显著性。结论　改良后的胃管置入法明显优于常规胃管置入法。Objective By means of changing the conventional method of the stomach tube indwelling for the NICU i nfant patients, to alleviate the patients′ injure and suffering, and t o increase the success rates of the tube imbedding. Methods Divide sity NICU infant patients with SpO 2>90% into experimental g ro up and comparative group,count up the one-time success rates of the two imbedding methods and the SpO 2 change after and before the ind we lling ,and record the patients'reaction to the two kinds of treatment by the DAN standards of grading. Results One-time success rate up to 100% in the experimental group, while 66.6% in the compa rative one ;the significant differences in both the SpO 2 change and the DAN scores of the two groups after indwelling . Conclusion The new indwelling method is much better than the conventional o ne.
