摘　　要：本文基于知识管理的概念和原则 ,利用网络的特点 ,探讨了图书馆知识管理中隐性知识的流动、转化及管理模式和管理框架的构成。Based on the concept and principle of knowledge management and the characteristics of network,this paper discusses the flow and conversion of tacit knowledge in library knowledge management and the constitution of its pattern and framework of management.
