摘  要:海坨构造位于吉林油田松辽盆地南部中央坳陷,该地区下部地层裂缝发育,在钻井和固井过程中经常发生严重井漏和水泥浆低返事故,固井质量无法保证。在分析了该地区构造特征、裂缝性质及固井施工中存在问题的基础上,采取了以防漏水泥浆体系为主,结合小排量顶替的防漏固井工艺技术。室内评价和3井次的现场试验结果表明:以F27A为主的防漏水泥浆体系堵漏效果突出,其综合性能优于低密度水泥浆体系。F27A防漏水泥浆体系有效地解决了海坨地区严重漏失探井固井作业中水泥浆低返的技术难题,满足了该地区固井施工技术要求,显著提高了易漏地层的封固质量。Haituo region is located in the middle depression of south Songliao basin,Jilin oilfield. With mature fracture in lower formation,severe lost circulation were frequently encountered both during drilling process and cementing operation which lead to poor cementing quality. Based on the analysis of Haituo geographic conditions,fracture characteristics and problems existed in cementing, a novel cement system to control lost circulation with low-rate replacing of slurry were determined. The laboratory results and the field experience of 3 wells showed that the slurry exhibit excellent function of controlling lost circulation,and has much better comprehensive properties comparing with low-density slurries. The severe lost circulation in exploratory wells during cementing was avoided and the best cementing quality has been achieved in the area.
