摘　　要：目的 :考察包装对医院外用软膏制剂重量、外观性状和有效成分含量的影响。方法 :按《中国药典》“最低装量检查法”和相应的含量测定方法对6种医院制剂进行检查 ,同时观察其外观性状。结果 :密封包装样品无明显变化 ,而普通包装样品的变化各不相同。结论 :建议改进医院软膏制剂包装 ;原定的有效期可以适用于密封包装的软膏。OBJECTIVE:To study the influence package on weight and appearance and active ingredient content of unguent.METHODS:Unguent samples from6hospitals were examined and their appearance observed by adopting Ch.P.2000“Determination of least volume”and active ingredient content of analytic methods for each sample and observe appearance.RESULTS:No remarkable change of airtight packing samples and differ change of general packing samples.CONCLUSION:Suggested to improve the packing and original validity can be suitable for unguent of airtight packing.
